Extremely disappointing experience. This broker has completely ignored multiple follow-ups regarding valid detention charges. The load was completed professionally, all documents were provided, yet there has been zero communication for over 20+ days. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on their operations and reliability. Not recommended for carriers looking for transparent and professional dealings.
