Trucking companies beware, worst broker I've dealt with in 9 years in this business. Had a total of one email response in 9 hours of trying to get ahold of anybody that could try and assist.
booked a load with Souza, Guilherme who omitted to say when load was booked that the pick up app was already missed!! when driver got to the shipper waited 5 HOURS was told that he missed app and will be on work in basis. Broker refuses to pay the detention because he did not sell the load in time to a carrier!! due to his negligence, booked carrier had to unknowingly waist his working time and NOT GET PAID!! BROKER SAID WE SHOULD KNOW IT BETTER WHEN load is PAST APP TIME ITS ON WORK IN BASIS. THIS IS BS, ITS HIS JOB TO INFO... read more
