Work at warehouse in mattoon and machine stays empty have money in account to get food and drinks and still have to go out and buy lunch almost everyday
2-26-24 getting worse service than before. What cold food is here in stock is almost ALL out of date!! This company is HORRIBLE!! Route driver can't seem to stock a machine. Blocks vehicles in during lunch break cause 30 more feet to walk is just too much I guess. Also randomly leaves old food in machine. He once left a mess made by putting a cheesecake in the top row. It got vended and exploded from the drop. Mess was 2 months old before he cleaned it. $4/"Cafe" item, $2/drink. Nah. I'll pass, with service like this.
They are the worst company to supply food and drinks for the company that I work for. It takes weeks to get condiments, cups, coffee, and water bottles. They don't know how to keep orders.
