Arrive early and they send you away. No more than an hour. Bathroom available. Room so long to start unloading I lost my reload. Only took 15 minutes to unload. Hours after appt time they started. Was told the supervisors dictates what loads get unloaded first. Appts mean nothing. Won’t be coming back too soon. Have to disconnect from trailer and park along side it.

OTR: NO Overnight parking onsite. FOLLOW scheduled appointment time. Will not unload early from scheduled appointment. 24/7. The trailer must be the food grade rated. Otherwise, the trailer will be rejected if it is not food grade rated (no holes, dry, clean, no odors). Have pickup / delivery details (+ #) and delivery details (+ #). This is a new facility in a developing industrial park where everything is either shining or land is up for a grab. These days, new places are designed keeping the size of big rigs in mind, but these guys only thought of the shunting trucks. They won't take you in one hour earlier than your appointment and guide you to a staging area far from the shipping office with tandems at the back at all times on the premises. Honestly, probably the nicest, most efficient check in/receiving staff i have ever encountered. I was behind due to being loaded over gross at shipper. Showed up 5.5 hours late, and broker would not get back with me about a rescheduled appointment. They put me directly to a door and started unloading trailer within 20 minutes, and no charge or anything for showing up late. Would deliver here any time.

They typically stop receiving loads at 2300 (11pm) Friday night and start receiving again at 2300 Sunday nights. But from what the guard told me, depending on how backed up they are, they may stay open on Saturday mornings too. About 45 mins on a Friday night to unload me. Not bad at all. No Overnight parking allowed. Beware, there is a TA Express near by but their whole parking lot is paid parking. Even on a Friday night.
