Just watched one of your route reps open their door at a stoplight, toss out a plastic bottle, and close the door. Straight up littering in public.

If you come in early AM gates are closed and no one will answer the call button to let you in. Piggy back off someone leaving to enter, only way you’ll get in. Shipping/receiving next to first door as you come around corner.
