After an hour past appointment time went to check in. Guard said, waiting for an open dock. Once I finally got assigned a dock get to the back, and they had at least 6 open docks. Took over 2 hours for 13 pallets.
The only good thing I can say about this place is that they allow overnight parking in the first lot. It took about five and a half hours to load 12 pallets.
Worse place ever I been here for 14 hours and I’m still not loaded yet. It took them 7 hours to give me a door
Arrived on time. Waited two hours for a door to get loaded. Waited 7 hours at the door while getting loaded. Not an exaggeration. Unbelievable.
Truckers, I have delivered here for a while now never had any trouble always deliver hazmat so they will take chose an 1HR to unload. Guards are nice and helpful so are warehouse staff.Only 2 docks that expect appt only so don’t come early. They also have overnight parking when you first come in on your left 6/7 spaces. First gate is for hazmat delivery 2 gate is other pickup/delivery. It’s further done also on the left easy back-in. Few eateries and to gas stations close by.
