I just called the specialist named shyanne. I was on the phone with her to explaine what my situation is. And I found out there nothing she can do or wants to do. So I was telling her about the issues I've had over 3years and she hung up on me while I was talking. And I called her again a few times. But she didn't pick up the phone. That's what pepsi's customer service is and that's why I close my account. Even the specialist is like that. What else can I expect from regular sales rep?
