Hice check inn con una “mujer” muy hombruna, prepotente y desafiante, sumamente grosera y prepotente, basura de empleada o empleado?? No se sabe., llevo 35 horas esperando puerta en un truck stop sercano, lo crean o no y ni señas de que me hablen, no es posible tanta irresponsabilidad, agrego, en total resultaron 3 días de espera y 3 horas para descargar, mi peor delivery en 15 años, lo peor de lo peor.

One of the worst. Have been waiting 4 hours and not even to the dock yet. Was 10 minutes early for appointment! This place doesn’t respect appointments or people’s time. The manager and GM should be fired. Absolutely ridiculous. Pay attention drivers please avoid this place

I was skeptical because of the past reviews but this place seems to have made some changes for the better ....I arrived at 9:55 a.m for a 10 a.m appointment scanned bar code filled out info which usually takes about 2 or 3 minutes and then walked to the window and was immediately assigned a door.. within 10 minutes of backing in door a person came out and put airline lock on my trailer and within another 10 minutes was loading me I was loaded at 11,:25 a.m with paperwork in hand also I had air bags in back to help keep load ... read more
