Who would give these idiots 4 stars. You can't get ahold of them and they consistently miss ordering dates. Their reps could (and should) be replaced with an app.

This company needs drastic improvement on the staffing and the management here needs to be more hands on with the stores and assisting with the workload. Stores should not have to wait until the evening to be reset via the merchandising team and products that can go on the shelf should not be sitting the stockroom, not generating revenue. If your company has a limited staff, then to compensate it should be all hands on deck, until the issue is rectified.

I own a local restaurant and catering company and unfortunately Pepsi is one of our vendors. We consistently have issues with their equipment and service. The machine continuously breaks down and needs repair. I am not sure if the machine needs to be replaced or if the technicians are incompetent. Do not even bothering leaving a message at the office or a voicemail on a cell phone, you could wait weeks without getting a call back. The company and reps just do not seem to care.
