I'd like to give your company a suggestion about your salty savory snack. Why don't you consider add healthier choices with your snacks? Like making the same snacks with no more than 300 mg of sodium per serving. Or a Ms. Dash flavor snack?
When going on an interview there make sure you talk to them about your expectations because they're not very specific on the task needed to get the job. Felt very rushed I think they just want someone to run around in the warehouse at full speed not knowing what quality work is
Came at 7:30am for an 8am live unload. Waited about 10 minutes because i was early to be assigned a door. Once you enter gate park in any empty spot across from the docks so that you're not in the way of anyone and go to receiving door on right side of the docks. Wait for loader to come up and grab your paperwork. Loaders break the seal and assign you a dock door. Unload took only 15 minutes and no need to slide tandems. Quick and efficient. Lots of room to u turn so you don't have to blindside as well.
Dude… just boooo. I wanted to work for PepsiCo ever since i started warehousing work. Heard wonderful things. Most were lies. I was told min 40 hours. After 3 weeks was hitting only 30 only… lies lies lies . Over time is required but by seniority . So if all say no and you are the last person out you are now forced to go last minute . Even if you tried to sign up before and was told no, you can and will be forced to work on a day you were just told wasn’t available being a new hire. I said I can’t due to another job.
