My appointment was at 9 AM. I could not make it to my appointment due to Pepsi company up in Urbandale Iowa took over eight hours to get me loaded and wasted my driving hours. When I got here, I was greeted by a gentleman name George and he made sure I get unloaded that day even though I was late four hours George stayed past his regular time and got me unloaded and I am more than thankful for George being there that day. No signage at all… get to the west gate a sign says “all loads to east dock”.. normally you’d think since this gate is locked you’d have to go to the east gate????? Nahhhh stay on this gate.. had to back out into the Main Street… an accident waiting g to happen cause “What is common sense” a simple “shipping/receiving” sign on the working gate you want us to go in would SUFFICE 🤦♂️ 4 stars for unloading me within an hour and before appointment. PLEASE GET A SIGN OR TWO!
Loading dock is very slow , it does not take over 1_1/2 hrs to unload a truck .
Nigh parking available on street besides receiver. Start work at8 a.m. Unloaded until 1hour.
Very nice.. place to delivery.. first shift guy was really nice.. got me unloaded quick and let me stay in to reset my clock…big up to ( i think his name is George)
