Pepino’s Pizzeria — Great Food, Unacceptable Service While the food at Pepino's Pizzeria looks good and tastes great, the customer service completely ruins the experience. During our visit, the employee working the counter was remarkably rude, hostile, and displayed a clear bias that made the environment uncomfortable. I stopped at this pizzeria because I have eaten here before and to my surprise the slices were smaller than before. Also, after I paid for my food I noticed a dog coming from the kitchen and walked all the way to where the pizza oven was located. I couldn’t believe it. A food establishment should not have a pet anywhere near food or the kitchen. After I paid for my food, I threw it away and left feeling disgusted 🤢

I feel like this place is always a hit or miss. The staff can be insanely rude.
Gluten-free pizza was good and same price as regular. Staff was so friendly and kind. Love the music and atmosphere!
