Management here seems more focused on collecting fines than actually helping residents. Almost every small issue turns into a charge, and there is little to no communication before fees are applied
I had a disappointing experience living in this apartment complex. Management was often unresponsive and slow to address maintenance requests, which made even small issues frustrating to deal with. The condition of the property did not match what was promised at the time of leasing, and common areas were not well maintained. Extremely disappointed with the management. Communication is terrible and problems in the apartment are never fixed on time. The becca manager is rude and unprofessional. Definitely the worst renting experience I’ve had.
They charge you for so much more than just the rent from them to pick up your trash from your door 35 bucks. The Internet is 45 when you can get it for cheaper and it’s $50 just to pay your rent. And they don’t give you any other way to pay these bills they just keep adding money on and you have to pay it! Don’t move here
