We don't know any Harry Y so I assume Ron Benjamin the landlord himself is doing damage control to my message to other potential renters. The kind of response Harry (Ron B.) gives is typical of what you can personally expect from him. You can check my wife's reputation out in Facebook and see nothing but excellent reviews. PepperTree Pointe Landlords are excellent very honest and Helpful we have rented from them for years. We have been to Charles Gross and his wife Dr. Mckenrane Gross clinic. Peppertree Primary care B and know Him and his very strange wife well. Anyone who knew Charles and his wife would want absolutely nothing to do with Him and her they are bad news, crooked, dishonest, Dirty , Despicable people, beware , avoid these people like the plague.
