Sujeto al la reparación de múltiples imperfecciones en el apartamento solo llegan a ver nada más sin reparará nada todo queda igual y simpre dicen que van por herramientas y jamás vuelven el caso de múltiples llamados que he echo siguen igual

If I could give zero stars, I would. This complex is completely infested with rats — you can hear them in the walls, see them running around, and it’s an ongoing nightmare. Worst thing is that they are so quick to charge rent and higher up prices but can not take action when it comes to maintenance requests! Also management is fully aware of the issue but refuses to take meaningful action. Instead of solving problems, the maintenance team either ignores requests or makes them worse. If I could give negative stars, I would. The pest problem is RIDICULOUS! The trash cans are always overflowing as if there aren’t enough dumpsters in each complex. I registered for a parking pass and did not get it until eight months later, I’m not exaggerating and within that time my car was towed! A custodian mops the floor every morning and just leaves it soaking wet without placing a sign down. I almost fell. Did I mention the pests?
