The apartment was out of AC after the first day of moving in, I was told by Sherri that she would put a in a window unit in as if, I was in a trailer park. Forcing me to move into a hotel for a week because it was During the hot summer in Alabama. . To make things even worse, the toilet on the inside was rusted out & painted over & kept over overflowing Into the kitchen ,& bedroom& bathroom & closet !! Move-in Inventory/Condition Form items were consolidated and will be addressed by maintenance and contractors!
Staff is Amazing!!! Great community ,well maintained . Having folks that put thier hearts into caring and managing the apartments makes all the difference when renting!!!! Everyone at Peppertree truly "Lives it" and it shows!! Thanks to the folks running the show!
