Kim seems to have an attitude and very unprofessional. Alex does good work. As a manager and supervisor of over 20 years shes not the most cost-effective employee. Very overpriced. Very underrated customer service

I can’t say enough great things about Peppers Pool and Spa! I’ve had my Caldera saltwater spa for a couple of months now, and I absolutely love it. Mary has been incredible from the start — she genuinely cares about making sure you have the best possible experience. I cannot thank everyone enough for the attention and care provided from Peppers: choosing and purchasing my hot tub, setting it up, and teaching me how to take care of it. We LOVE Pepper’s. The employees & service is Great. They are so easy to do business with. Our Aspen Swim Spa & Covana Cover is absolutely amazing. We use it daily year round.
