Ordered a pizza for pickup and it was made wrong. I had switched the type of sauce using the website platform to order. The manager sat there & argued that pizzas couldn’t have sauce substitutions. I told her I used their own website to order & it allowed customizations. She wouldn’t remake my pizza or refund me until I pulled up their website & showed her step by step that their website did allow customizations.
