So I order a 1 topping special for 9.99. The guy at the register tells me my total is 10.81. I pay the 10.81 to my surprise my phone goes off it's a notification for 12.97... I didn't get my receipt so I go back up there grab my receipts and what do I see amount 10.81 but underneath is a gratuity amount the guy selected on his own for 20%. We got here at 2pm 06/22/2026. It was our first time. Jenny was awesome at explaining the food, the deals, and how it works. We ordered a Calzon and while we waited, Jenny brought the drink we purchased. She also came over to us while we waited and gave us a menu to look at while we wait since we were curious about this new place. Zero stars. I've ordered from this pizza place regularly, but this experience was enough to make me decide not to come back. I ordered a large one-topping pizza online with BBQ sauce instead of the traditional marinara, with beef crumbles as my topping. When the pizza arrived, it had beef crumbles, but instead of using BBQ sauce as the base, they made the pizza with marinara sauce and then drizzled BBQ sauce over the top.
