Very disappointed with my experience. I called ahead and placed my order, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. After waiting 20 minutes, my food still wasn’t prepared, and there was little communication or urgency from the staff. Calling in an order is supposed to save time, not result in a long wait once you get there. Poor time management and customer service made this a frustrating experience. I hope they improve their order preparation process because this was not the level of service I expected.
