We love this place! It's one of our go-to neighborhood spots and a regular choice when we're craving Italian. If you're planning to come for dinner, definitely make a reservation. The stuffed long hots are an absolute must-try, and the daily specials are usually great! The fish can occasionally be cooked a little more than preferred, but it's still enjoyable. Chef Tom is a brilliant cook with a great team. Started with an Aperol Spritz and a Bellini. Both generous pours and well balanced. Pepperoncini offers a rotating specials menu, so we tried the Peach and Goat Cheese Crostini. The quality of the ingredients were apparent and both texture and flavor were perfect. Came here for date night and wanted to support a local restaurant. A nice little place in Havertown. Staff was very friendly. Food was delicious. My husband ordered calamari and the rack of lamb. Will definitely come back to try other items on the menu.
We went for mother's day dinner. 5 people ordered food, but rather than the food being served together, it was delivered as ready. By the tome my plate arrived, the rest of the party was halfway through. And I ordered a medium well chop, which was almost uncooked. I was not offered a bowl of spaghetti to eat with everyone else while waiting, heck no one even came to the table after I sent my plate back.
