I dropped off a huge donation. I was met by a lovely gentleman. However, a woman came out the back door and started giving me a hard time about what I had, how they couldn’t do certain things. I told her a lot of my work clothes were in there, she looked at me and said, “are they YOUR clothes?!” How rude and insulting. I decided to donate because it’ll help the animals, but now I’ll give to Good Will. I’m doubtful I’m going to go into this store again after such a disrespectful and exhausting donation.

This place is whack. It is stuffed to the point of being unsafe for occupancy, and it’s definitely not ADA compliant. I wouldn’t want to be in here in case of an emergency. Also, their pricing is very inconsistent and they do not stand by what is written on the tags. The manager refused to sell me a set of plates that was clearly priced “$ / set”, saying whoever priced it was wrong. She said the same thing to the woman ahead of me about an air fryer.
