I had an incredible experience at Peppermint Grove when choosing an engagement ring. The quality was outstanding, and the whole process felt effortless. Giuseppe was a huge help, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I designed the perfect ring. Couldn’t recommend them more.
Unfortunately the person answering the phone was really short and a bit rude. I asked (kindly) if they did ring resizing after I had recently gotten engaged and she responded with that they don’t do repairs (not my question) and then to take it back where I got it (didn’t even check if it could have been bought there). She hung up shortly after and before I could ask any other questions and mid sentence. Honestly quite disappointing as we were also hoping to get wedding bands designed, I’ll be looking elsewhere.
I can’t speak highly enough of Rose and Giuseppe! I went in with a specific floating diamond necklace in mind and they listened to exactly what I wanted and designed it and made different options of the setting for me in CAD. The process was all taken step by step to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Giuseppe emailed me with updates which was great. Guiseppe and Rose have made wonderful special pieces for me since 2000. Including a special diamond belly ring, diamond toe ring, a treble clef note with diamond necklace and adding a diamond to a Khartoush. 4 diamond rings have followed suit and all are perfect because they care about the outcome. Unfortunately even though Peppermint Grove Jewellers create bespoke rings according to their website which involves sourcing stones, they are seemingly unable or unwilling to check and value a ring. I have an engagement ring which has been in my family for 130 years and is a 3.5 carat diamond set in platinum. It has been into their store for re-setting and changing the size of the ring.
