Cordial & well-mannered staff. We had stroll downtown Reno, we feel safe despite of hate crime news nowadays. They observe covid 19 protocol. Sumptuous food from Cafe Marino, Oceano, Chi & Biscotti's. Bimini is fully booked. Better yet be booked week earlier. Beautiful, luxurious architectural hotel design. Thank you & see you again Peppermill! Hopefully with our dear children. God willing!

when we called for reservations we ask for a high up Room with a View they said no problem ask when you get here to check in when we got there to check in when we asked they said all the rooms high up with a view have been taken you need to ask when you call for reservations which we tried to do instead we got a low room right over the pool with no view I asked for a smoking room got a non-smoking room the bed sounded like it was about to fall apart we were told the buffet was open at 50% we got there the buffet was closed t... read more
Been coming here over 20-25 years. It's the best casino. Everything you want and need in one hotel/casino resort.
