RecommendedMy favorite casino! I’m not even sure why we go anywhere else.
Get there early on the weekend because parking is literally full. Beautiful property and casino is great!
I’m really not gonna say I wouldn’t recommend but I am very disappointed. When we arrived we waited for the shuttle for 45 minutes 25 minutes too long we finally arrive to the hotel go to our room to find a construction ladder blocking our door to our room and then to walk in and have a air vent door open in our room and we almost bump our heads 🤬 yes I would say very unprofessional but you would think after a very long day and a very long week of work you come to relax and then have to deal with these kind of problems this... read more
great rooms, clean casino
I just had a friend accused of counting cards and escorted from the casino which is absolutely ridiculous! We have Played at the casino for years and they can easily check his years of history but apparently that was not taken into account or was too difficult to decipher for the individual that made this decision. The pit boss blamed security and after talking to head of security they blamed it on the pit boss. Does anyone at this casino have a clue? Sad to see such paranoia and lack of customer respect. My son wanted to do a staycation for his 12th birthday. So we celebrated it a month early and stayed there this weekend. The room was amazing for 3 boys 1 girl and me. The kids had an amazing day at the pool all day and we enjoyed the room. Only grip I have is that when we moved chair to get in the sun, we had to change servers at the pool and our first service was top notice and amazing, 2nd service I can’t even speak on as we never even got paid attention to and had to get everything ourselves.
