The Peppermill Reno is terrible now. Coming off quarantine and leaving CA under mandatory mask mandates, we didn’t have any kids for the weekend so we did a bunch of research and landed on the Peppermill. Since we got here the staff has been incredibly rude and curt at the very least. From the shops to the deli to everywhere in between the employees were rude. Family trip. kids ages 4 and 7 and they had a blast. they kept the pool area minimal, lines to get in pools, staff wearing masks, beautiful rooms, comfy beds, amazing ambience.. amazing jacuzzi tubs in Tusacmy suite. not one rude person In sight from staff to guests. we had a great time. we will return to peppermill

Not being just completely careless to their hardworking employees who've literally worked for their company 17 years and were comfortable and happy and are now in a deep depression that they won't admit to but their family can see by simply the look in their eyes cause you guys laid them off. back office workers, people undeserving
