Went to visit Peppermill for the first time and we chose to wait for a booth to be cleaned off. A family walked in after that knew another server and we watched the server go to the hostess and whisper to tell her to give them the table instead and persuade us to sit at the bar after we already said no. Terrible customer service since we already were asked and chose to wait for a booth compared to sitting at the bar. Don’t plan to visit again.

Great place for coffee and breakfast!! Only problem (my mistake)hashbrowns were very salty. I am not a salt person.

The food was very good. We had a party of six, and had to wait for quite a while to be seated. It was 11 on a Saturday, so probably right in the middle of their busy time. The service staff was pleasant and apologized several times for the long wait for a table. Once we were seated the service was efficient. Our group had various breakfast items, salads, burgers, and chicken strips. All items were tasty. The fried green tomatoes and the hash browns were excellent.

Food seemed rushed as it was slightly undercooked. Egg whites were not fully cooked and runny, hash browns were undercooked, not crispy, and soft. Did not eat and Instead of taking it off the bill, they gave a 10% discount. Will try again but the first experience was less than expected.
