Great experience as usual with dedicated staff and prompt service and appts.
We had a great experience. I moved to NH and was having a hard time trying to find and orthodontist who would take over my daughters braces. Finally I called Pepperell dental and they said they would do a consult but no promises. We showed up a little early for our consult and they took us before our appointment time. They were super nice and informative. They said they would take over the orthodontist portion and gave me a printed form of what the cost would be out of pocket and what our insurance would cover. Dr. Blaschke and her staff are amazing. My daughter has had to have some fillings done. We went to her after having a not so great experience with another dental office. We were treated with warmth and kindness throughout my daughter’s appointments. She and her staff are so patient and kind from the front desk to the back office. Thank you for being so patient with us.
Staff is so pleasant and professional ! They take the time to chat and share personal stories, while also on time and quick (yet thorough!) They are running a great office!
