Most unaccommodating people I have ever dealt with. Rang and cancelled my booking as my husband had been called into work for the QLD floods so we were unable to do our trip home. The manager informed me that I would receive a full refund as I had paid up front. Rang again to confirm this and was told by bookings.com that a refund would be done within 7 to 12 days.
