Bad service from bloke at front desk, visited the office on the weekend with the wife. The bloke called Adrian was in front of his computer watching the footy game, tried to talk to him but he was hurrying us up. We went in to buy land and left after we felt brushed off. We ended up buying at Olivine and got great service. Sorry mate, but your customers come before the game. Bad attitude and rude.
If you want anyone to have on your side, and have a smooth process on purchasing a block of land, it would be the man Adrian! This legend had everything in order and even when people started to illegally dump on my land, he took initiative and resolved it within a day. As a Home Loan Specialist, I have seen many of these situations go wrong with different agents and customers but Adrian truly cared and I could not have asked for a better representative. Appreciate all the hard work!
