Anthony was responsive and informative from the first contact. From booking to menus, to follow up calls. Pricing was excellent. Bringing the catering out to Wisemans ferry for 60 guests without a flaw then serving it to everyone, now here’s the best bit from the freshest trays of divine sandwiches to the hot food was like the finest food we have ever had. We recently held our wedding at a DIY venue and Anthony, was an absolute superstar. He delivered a fantastic result and truly showed what it is to be in the hospitality industry. He received countless calls in the lead-up to ensure that everything would run as smoothly as possible and dealt with troubles along the way with ease. We worked with him to develop a custom menu with many revisions to suit the available equipment on site. Five stars to this man and his staff indeed
