We recently held our wedding at a DIY venue and Anthony, was an absolute superstar. He delivered a fantastic result and truly showed what it is to be in the hospitality industry. He received countless calls in the lead-up to ensure that everything would run as smoothly as possible and dealt with troubles along the way with ease. We worked with him to develop a custom menu with many revisions to suit the available equipment on site. Five stars to this man and his staff indeed
