Pepper tree did food for my employer today. Best slow cooked chicken I have ever had! They use a vintage bbq chicken recipe . It’s stunning. The sides are are homemade and perfect compliments to the outdoor cookout!

Event coordination is such a stressful endeavor, but when you have vendors like Pepper Tree who are well-organized, communicate clearly, and provide a superior experience for the guests, it takes a huge load off of my plate. BEWARE Bait and switch. Pepper Tree Catering gave my daughter in-law a quote in writing from Steve, (husband owner of Pepper Tree Catering) for catering her wedding 1 month before her wedding , for the amount of $985.50 for 90 people. 4 days before the wedding I was sent a text from Dana,(wife owner of Pepper Tree Catering company) stating "so for 90 people the bill is $1,165.00 and we require payment before we serve. Pepper Tree Catering is amazing! The food is great quality and tastes wonderful. They are very easy to work with and offer a free tasting prior to your event with a few different options to help you decide. They show up early and cook all the food on site. They have many different options to chose from, we had tri-tip steak and chicken and both were delicious. They are very reasonably priced as well which was a bonus.
