Just moved here a week ago and chateiva was great processed my application within 1 day deposit was very cheap first month rent was cheap and second month free ! It she was quick and gave me my keys and finished the process easy but the day I got the keys to the unit the sink leaks when I run the kitchen sink making my sink unusable.. porch light doesn’t work .. oven doesn’t have a rack so I can’t even use the oven I haven’t put a request in yet so hopefully when I do they fix it asap I just think a fresh unit shouldn’t have... read more
Chatevia was very condescending. She had left me hanging on the phone after I asked for clarity in regards to my application, as well as ignoring emails from me and calls. I was polite and patient initially of course, and I heard nothing back from the leasing at all. 0 communication. I am looking for housing, and they are just playing with your time. Chatavia was great with helping me get moved in, I had looked everywhere for a place to be and had no luck until reaching out about these apartments. She was graceful and super helpful and have had no problems since moving in
Bad management. I had problem with my water heater. For months . I called office and maintace told office manger that my hot water needed to be changed an it took 3 months . It wasn’t till my bed room flooded because hot water heater leaked . That it was change . I called office and it took 5 days for them to come clean carpet . But 5 days I had to live apt that molded . But never brong someone to suck up water. They wanted me to resign my lease with my place smelling like mold a didn’t want to change carpet till I moved out... read more
