Pepper tree sucks even with new management they lack of taking care of things that break is like trying to squeeze blood out of a 🦀
Management is great, nice place to live
They turn the heat off from May to November. It's so illegal and they've been doing it for years! We have to beg to have it turned back on. Slum lords.
