Best brisket I’ve had in a long time! Smoky, tender, juicy, and absolutely loaded with flavor. The bark was perfect, and every bite was better than the last. If you’re anywhere near Blue Ridge, Pepper & Sons Barbecue is a must-stop! 🥩
GPS sent us all around. No signage out front to let you know that was a restaurant. Got inside and nothing but nasty menu’s by the cash register (so you cannot even look until you get to the register). All the cooks looked unclean and all tattooed up. Very Unappetizing looking. We turned around and walked out.
It's a little Hidden Gem inside Hogan yards the food is very good the atmosphere is perfect parking is a little odd you have to park around back but the entrance is moved back also
We've been to pepper and salt three times and feel that the flavor and texture of the BBQ is inconsistent. The collard greens are very tasty. The parking is limited.
