Very nice and safe area, to live in. I love it!!
I have lived at Pepper Point Mobile Home Park for 5 years. It is quiet and a nice place to live. I have never encountered any problems living here. My neighbors are friendly and courteous. Management is extremely friendly, helpful and quick to respond to situations as needed. Not only is Pepper Point accessible to all areas of travel, Pepper Point is a safe, pleasant place to make a home.
