We went here at the Grape Vine Mills mall in Dallas around 12-1:00, The guy attending to us was excellent. Had a good conversation with my husband and I cause the store was empty at the time, such a fun spirit, energetic and friendly. Awesome customer service. I forgot his name but I hope he sees this and remembers us. He complimented our horror themed shirts and my chucky backpack. He deserves a raise! He was also very knowledgeable on all the products in the store.
This location is now closed, but Google Maps and Pepper Palace website still list as open.
I love going to grapevine to see Wanda, she always is so nice and shares new recipes with us If you want to see good old fashioned customer service and fill you are truly valued, you must come see her We can't wait till they get back into a store again instead of the kiosk. As always we go into buy a couple things leave with a bag full.
Store was cool the first time but when I came back during store hours to buy something the store was closed.
