I visited Pepper Palace at the OKC Outlets looking for a hot sauce to use on eggs and rice. When we walked in, no one was at the front, but eventually an employee came out and explained the tasting options. I sampled a few sauces and narrowed it down to two. She suggested buying more for a promotion, but I decided to purchase just one bottle. As soon as I said I only wanted one, her tone and attitude noticeably changed. Outstanding customer service, so many incredible options for sauces, and a very unique place!
Great variety of sauces,enjoyed getting to test each one,and the employees were nice, and very helpful.
This place is great! She lets you taste anything before you buy it. There are some odd sounding but amazing options too — like blueberry BBQ sauce and pineapple salsa!
The website said it was open. We drove over an hour to get there and it was closed. It still says it's open online. What a waste of a day. We love this place, but today was no good.
