Went on a 3 day mini vacation in Minterey in early/mid Jan, 1 full day there. We walked about Cannery Row the first day and ended up coming here as we love hot sauce, which was a Wednesday. By Sunday, we both had COVID and were sick for 10 full days. The only place we felt we could have been exposed was here. As the woman was serving us tastes, I noticed she was touching the tip of each sauce onto our spoons. This is cross contamination. got a chocolate hot sauce here, the bomb. the worker here was the bomb dot com too, it was a chill vibe inside. she was really knowledgeable on the products and was sooo fun to talk too!!!

Although it is not palace-sized, this narrow little shop stocks more sauce per square foot than you can handle! I'm not familiar with the brand, but it kinda looks like everything in this place is unique to the shop/chain itself, which is a nice change from simply rehashing the same popular hot sauces you can buy just about anywhere.
