WOW! Sean was amazing I felf like I was at a wine or Bourbon tasting! Sean shared some history, I tasted Several sauces and he even walked me through some Flavor profiles and heat Levels. Great Experience!
I had a wonderful experience here, the host Sean was gracious and very knowledgeable. It was an absolute pleasure to shop here. He deserves a raise for being so great.
I went to get some bbq sauce and this worker named Kim was very rude and confrontational to me and my friend. She yelled at me because when she asked what kind of sauce I liked and I said BBQ she yelled “WELL YOUR IN THR WRONG SECTION GET TO THE OTHER SIDE” I was then presented with a very nice worker who was amazing but I never got her name. After I was done testing and chose a sauce I wanted to purchase, I was asked if I wanted to sign up for rewards of which I kindly declined because I don’t live near a store to really us... read more
Kim was great she helped me then when i brought my brother in she helped him too great experience
Kim was there, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!! Told us about her favorite Pepper Palace recipe, and had the best combo BBQ sauce! Cool lady, cool place.
