Good stuff but the employee working made us uncomfortable. He tried so much to upsell (completely unrelated stuff) to the point where he wouldn’t let me buy the thing I wanted to buy unless I got another bottle with it.
Customer service is key! Drove from Niagara to Canada's Wonderland first week of September for my son's birthday, only to find Wonderland closed during the week. What to do now with a car load of disaappointed 13 year olds, we walked through Vaughan Mills mall and stumbled upon the Pepper Palace. The young lady working was fantastic. I had no intention of buying any product but the worker set up a tasting sample for the boys that we will never forget! Thank you for making our day a little better!
