Pepper palace sales rep at the Clarksburg Premium outlet was very professional and knowledgeable. However, we found out that our favorite BBQ sauce, the Chocolate Cherry Bourbon was discontinued and we are so disappointed. We found another one to try at Pepper Palace but really think the Chocolate Cherry Bourbon one needs to return.
Showed up at 8:30PM on a Monday and the store was closed even though the website says they close at 9 PM. Please adjust your hours if you’re going to close early or if they have changed.
