I was there a few hours ago. The woman working was very nice. This place has a large variety of pepper products, such as horseradish, barbecue sauce, and hot sauce. Free samples are all over, and I suggest buying a water towards the back of the store for $2.00 if I remember correctly. I definitely recommend going here, especially if you grill any kind of meat on a regular basis.

Great location. Helpful staff. We love Pepper Palace. We try new items frequently and we're never disappointed. Autumn in the Smokies is our new favorite hot sauce. And the Chipotle Ketchup, omg!
I wish I had gotten the name of the girl working, she was amazing! So friendly, welcoming, and super knowledgeable. She offered to pull out some of her personal favorite sauces for us to try and really took the time to explain the deals and options available. The shop had tons of testers, which made it so fun to explore all the different flavors and heat levels. There’s seriously so much to try, from mild and sweet to super spicy.
