We’ve been traveling from Spain, and this has been the best place we’ve visited. Janae has been an absolute delight-attentive, friendly, such a lovely person. As for their products, they have an incredible variety of sauces and dressings of all kinds, from the mildest to extra spicy, so you’re sure to find the perfect one for you. Without a doubt, more than recommendable.
As soon as you enter the store you’re greeted with heavenly smells and a smile. The lady and gentleman working at the time of our visit were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products. 10/10 recommend giving them a visit :)
Janae was an amazing help during our visit!! We just wanted to check out the store while on our trip to NYC and had no intention of leaving with 8 bottles of sauce!! Janae was friendly and welcoming right when we walked in. She listened to what we all liked and individually gave us the best recommendations, I’ve been to a few other pepper palaces and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had thanks to Janae! Will definitely be back next time we are in the city :)
Robinson was extremely hospitable and went out of his way to make sure we had a great time here. Dude was above and beyond service, definitely worth a visit based on customer service alone. Store is nice a clean, good music, and the sauces had great variety and taste.
