Great hot and bbq sauces perfect taste
Way better experience than I had at the old location that shut down in grapevine mall
Very clean & friendly. The variety is outrageous. Definitely will be returning.

Gave pepper palace a 2nd chance. My first time I went to the grapevine location couple yrs ago. The older lady who said she was mgr yelled at my wife and I when asking questions. Rudest experience I’ve had. We ended up reporting her to corporate office. The experience was way different!! Met by great customer service.. I will be back to this location
