They have great and hot sauces
Gave pepper palace a 2nd chance. My first time I went to the grapevine location couple yrs ago. The older lady who said she was mgr yelled at my wife and I when asking questions. Rudest experience I’ve had. We ended up reporting her to corporate office. The experience was way different!! Met by great customer service.. I will be back to this location
Went during regular business hours and it was just locked, tried calling and waited for about 15 minutes but nothing. Very disappointing experience.
EVERYTHING YOU CAN TRY! Front desk cashier he ROCKED! That man explained in detail everything: main home is Tennessee to if you don't see what you want let me open it! This place in it self was so inviting. Seasoning, sauce, bbq sauce, etc! 🥰
