The store is overwhelming. I love hot sauce and had no idea this place was in the outlet. Next time I will have a bottle of water on hand. The items I sampled were great! If I’m in the area I will come prepared to sample and purchase some items. They have BBQ sauce and additional products. I didn’t get the name of the employee. He was super sweet and helpful. To be a sample bar the bottles and area were clean. The store setup gives customers space to move around and enjoy themselves.

There's a new place in Grapevine Mall called Pepper Palace, and it's really good. I was looking for Carolina Reaper hot sauce, and the guy there showed me a garlic flavor that was amazing. They were out of stock, but he gave me the last bit from the sample bottle. What a good person! I also got a couple more hot sauces. Great experience, will definitely come again.

I walked in not knowing what to expect but was immediately greeted by Steve and felt right at home. He was extremely informational and even stopped eating his lunch to talk to me. He answered all my questions about the sauces and we shared a personal story or 2. I left with some of the best hot sauce I've ever had. I'll make sure to stop in again the next time I'm in Texas!
