Went during regular business hours and it was just locked, tried calling and waited for about 15 minutes but nothing. Very disappointing experience.
EVERYTHING YOU CAN TRY! Front desk cashier he ROCKED! That man explained in detail everything: main home is Tennessee to if you don't see what you want let me open it! This place in it self was so inviting. Seasoning, sauce, bbq sauce, etc! 🥰
This place is so radical (they have dogs AND great hot sauce no complaints from me)
We've been to quite a few of these stores from Grapevine to Nola but the gentleman that served us today was a stand out by far in his warm demeanor and enthusiastic willingness to help! We left with 12 sku's, 3 of which are replacements for sauces we use consistently. Customer service goes a LONG way and that which we rec'd today was exemplary!
