Excellent service and one thing is you can taste all sauces and dry rubs before you buy them. For me that’s great
Very fun little shop with a BUNCH of different sauces. Everything from mild to make you cry hot. Great little samplers to try before you buy. Also has salsas, pickles, seasonings, and snack meats. Definitely somewhere to go and get some new, unique sauces for your kitchen.
We really enjoy the variety of sauces, salsas, and mixes that they have. The choices from mild to hot to sweet or tart are many. Just wish they had a store closer to me.
I would leave zero stars if I could. This review is more directed towards management & staffing. The place in general is very inviting, especially if you love spicy food / sauce and want to try something new. However management is slightly incompetent. Do not bother applying her for a job unless you wish to be strung along for weeks on end, endless excuses & blaming corporate, & above all a very immature & a nonsensical interview process. I love the Pepper Palace in Chandler Fashion Center. After first discovering it in San Francisco, I was thrilled to find one in the valley. Every year, I have to pick up a couple of bottles of the salt and vinegar dry rub to put in my kids’ stockings. They have a variety of unique options for flavor and heat.
