We had a great experience with Solange & Lefand super helpful and friendly. A lot of options of sauces you can sample.
Went in with wife and daughter, asked about a specific flavor “blood orange” The lady was aggressive and acted like she makes all the hot sauce from her personal recipes. She seemed easily offended that we even entered the store. We felt pushed out. Probably not going back, this was my first experience and it was awkward and rude.
We went to the Pepper Palace in the premium outlets in Tannersville PA. Solange was amazing! She was fun, personable and included my children in the conversation. She made recommendations and truly cares about her customers.
Those spicy pickles was fire and tasty
My two friends and I had a fantastic experience at the pepper palace. Solange was fun, outgoing, and let us try a plethora of sauces.
