We went in without knowing what we were actually looking for - we just wanted a hot sauce as a gift, but didn't know anything about the flavours, the ingredients or the spice levels. Jeremy was kind and patient enough to walk us through everything and let us try many different samples. We spent almost two hours there, had so much fun, everything Jeremy said about the flavours and spice kicks was true on the dot. We could tell he is very passionate and knowledgeable. My fiance and I stopped by to check everything out while on vacation for our first time. We met Laura and Jeremy, got to go around tasting all levels of heat, falling in love with tons of new sauces. Constant conversation and lots of laughs throughout our whole stay. Fiance pushed his limits and found out real quick that seven(7) hot sauce is his new nemesis. Jeremy F should be fired for his attitude problem. I asked about the flavors of different spices and he told me to read the ingredients list. Called himself a professional (is that even a thing?) but then didn’t know the answer to very simple questions and was annoyed we asked. Got kicked out for eating free sample popcorn after already purchasing a $16 item. Was told to never come back and that he had me on the cameras “doing this the last time”. Haven’t been here in years. Very disappointing.

We went as a family on a friday evening 1/2, and the man working (Jeremy F) was extremely hot headed. Tried the samples out available for all costumers and were made to feel oddly from the beginning of visit. We come to the store every few years and have never had this experience. After trying a few samples of salsa, popcorn spice and deciding on dry rub (purchased) we were rudely screamed at out of the store and to never return. There prices are beyound expensive. But worse than that there product comes in glass bottles. They drop these bottles regularly apparently but still sell them. So when you open them or try to they literally shatter in your hands. If your lucky it only destroys your food and the cleanliness of the room it shattered in. But more than likely youll need stiches. Dont waste your time money or health here. Any business regularly selling damaged product as not to take the loss them selves is shady!
