Stopped there twice this week to buy a holiday gift. Both times, the store was closed despite the mall hours open. Not sure who is tasked with running the store….. If such a sign is hung a specific time of expected return should be stated. “30 minutes from what time did you go on break” ?! I mean it is the week proceeding a major holiday. Sadly, I never got make a purchase at the pepper palace.
I went into this store Sunday afternoon - I picked a small container of reaper chilli flakes as a present for my godson - it was marked $14.99 - the employee, young man with his hoodie up, rang it up as $29.99 - I showed him the sticker on the container - he said, "well, someone must have tagged it wrong." He doesn't get a manager, doesn't research to see if the wrong price was tagged - nothing - just stood there expecting me to pay $29.99. This place is amazing for it's hot sauce selections. From simple sauces to challenging your pallet, I think Pep. Palace has something for everyone. The store was clean and atmosphere was refreshing for a small shop, the service was just great, I'm definitely going back for the Bourbon and Smoked Meats 👍🔥
Great customer service they stay well stocked with plenty of sauces dry rubs anything you can think of to help that summer bbq taste even better
All good things to say about this pepper palace location! The store is clean and is always stocked with whatever you need. The manager is very knowledgeable about the different product and spices used. I'll definitely be back to purchase more of that rooster reaper sauce
