Excellent place to shop for my favorite hot sauces and other products to try and sample taste. As special treat for me to go out their. I hope for them to put more stores in the L.A., Orange County Area, and San Diego for better convenience without having to travel so far or if it's online for me. Even though I like going out their in person, it lease you to try to sample different flavors of hot sauces before you buy it.
Took a day trip out into the mountains and ended up in the Pepper Palace where I was greeted by an amazing Angella. She informed us of the deals and some favorites. Let us try everything out and had a great time doing it. She knows her stuff. Also loves getting to try the very spicy The End sauce. Ended up with a great memory!
I have tasted ketchup hotter than this GARBAGE. WOW, this stuff is OVERPRICED AND SUCKS. TABASCO sauce is hotter and I hate TABASCO sauce.
I recently visited the Pepper Palace and had the pleasure of being helped by Gina. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. I ended up purchasing the coffee rub she suggested, and it's absolutely amazing! Her passion for the products really shows, and she made the whole experience enjoyable. Thank you, Gina, for your excellent service and fantastic suggestion! I'll definitely be back.
Great array of spicy sauces and rubs - AND you can taste them so you know what you're getting into! Great staff, super-friendly... Lot of fun!
