By far one of the most extensive and knowledgeable hot sauce stores I've ever been to, the owner knew exactly what I wanted (Carolina reaper and ghost pepper) and recommended the hottest things they had - everything was amazing with great taste. The best part is you can sample majority of them as well!
Plenty of spices and hot sauces to sample, even on weekdays. Given that this is a specialty store in Lake Arrowhead, expect prices to be a premium. Highly recommend their dry Cajun seasonings.

Pepper Palace in Lake Arrowhead is such a fun and unique stop! All the salsas and hot sauces looked amazing, and we had a blast sampling them. We tried the second-hottest sauce at 1.1 million Scoville—it was no joke! We almost signed the waiver for the hottest but chickened out (and now wish we hadn't). The shop is super clean, the staff are really friendly, and the atmosphere is just great with beautiful views outside. Definitely an awesome place to visit if you’re in the area!
