Quick christmas shopping trip. They had just what I wanted and I got a few taste tests in!
The owner, esp the woman (Jessica) was incredibly rude. She was short-tempered and wasn’t willing to help describe the different sauces to fit my needs and wants. Heaven forbid she do her job. I have been in many businesses, as I am a business owner myself, and I can’t image treating a customer in the way that I was treated. You’re better off going to Walmart and buying hot sauces there rather than from the Pepper Palace. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Shame on you, Jessica. This could have been a five star review

Excellent selection of sauces and seasonings. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, and they have spoons available for free samples on each flavor. We made the trek from Spartanburg SC and it was 100% worth it, every flavor I tried was wonderful and I definitely recommend this location to anyone interested.
